Wild Marijuana Plants

While most of the time marijuana will be grown by a person (whether it is in their house or outside) there is still such a thing as wild marijuana plants. Various areas in the world are home to wild weed plants. Places like Vietnam, Africa, South America, and India are noteworthy for having some wild marijuana plants being grown there. There are many other locations across the world as well that have marijuana plants growing as well.

United States

Marijuana plants are usually only grown by people in the United States. The United States of America still probably makes up for the most sold marijuana in the world though. There is an estimation which was made that stated that a minimum of half of the marijuana available in the “streets” in the United States was grown inside the person’s house. The next highest portion of marijuana is said to be imported from Mexico and a small amount coming from Panama, South America, and sometimes Africa.

Wild marijuana plants don’t really show up in Northern American but they can grow in some areas. Usually if a marijuana plant is spotted outside it’s not really a wild plant but rather someone is just growing marijuana outside.
