Giving the Marijuana Plant Light

As you will probably know already it is very important that you take good care of your marijuana plants and the early bits of the growing are the most important. A plant can repair from not getting treated for a few days when it has matured but if it is in the younger weeks then there is a good chance it could die or suffer serious injury. You will have to make sure that you are giving the marijuana plants enough light to absorb and live from.

Lights

You have a lot of options for what types of lights to use. Depending on how you are growing the marijuana plants your choice may be different. Outdoor plants won’t need you to supply light but if you are growing them indoor or with a hydroponic system then it will be important. LED grow lights are becoming a lot more popular recently because of the convenience they have but most people haven’t jumped over to them yet. Usually people will use fluorescent lights to grow the marijuana plants with but this could be a problem. Fluorescent lights cost quite a bit of money and the light bill will jump a bit so if you are renting a place the landlord may catch on to what you are doing. You can also use 75w light bulbs but they are not as good and are only recommended if you can’t afford anything else.

There are various setups you could create for the lighting and you will have to make sure that you separate the lights properly so you are not giving any plants too much light.
