LED Lights

While LED lights can be effective for certain stages of marijuana plant growth they are not the main option for lights yet. Some people prefer to use LED lights but most people have not switched over to them yet. There is still a lot of research going on to figure out ways to advance the technologies of LED lights because they have already went quite a way so far.

If you really want to effectively grow marijuana plants right now and not spend a fortune then you will stick to metal halide and high pressure sodium lamps – especially for the flowering stage. You could still use LED lights for certain stages of the marijuana plants growth but it is not worth doing so because it is rather expensive and still not as effective.

Many people believe that LED lights will become the best light to use in the near future. If you are intrigued by LED lights at this moment but don’t want to invest so much to set up a garden with them then you should watch for advancements in the technology for LED lights and wait until they are the most effective growing lamp for marijuana plants.
