How to Make Honey Hash Oil – Introduction

Making honey oil is a lot more complex than just making hash oil and will take quite a bit more work, supplies, and effort. Usually the main method used to make honey hash oil from your marijuana plants would be the ‘butane extraction’ technique. This is where the oil is made from a very precise fluid extraction. The main material needed for this would be butane gas which is legal to purchase and is usually used to fill butane lighters.

What You Need

To follow out this technique and turn your dope plants into honey hash oil you will need quite a bit of things. The following is the list of materials which are needed for you to complete the process properly:

Butane – buy at least 300g’s of butane for every ounce you have from your dried marijuana plants.

Marijuana – you will need at least a quarter ounce to be able to make honey oil and have a noticeable yield. If you have an ounce it would be more effective though.

Pipe – should be a little less than two inches in diameter and about a foot long. You will also need an end cap for each side of the pipe.

You will also need some coffee filters, a Pyrex baking dish, isopropyl alcohol (not necessary but suggested) and little containers (or vials) for the hash oil to be placed in.
