Deep Water Culture

This is one of the more popular hydroponic garden methods available that could be used to grow marijuana plants. This works by hanging your dope plants inside containers and letting the roots get fully submerged into a mixture of oxygen and water with nutrients mixed in.

Roots

The roots are set up by displaying them through the containers with the rooting system threaded in a net or mesh material. Your dope plants will be lifted above the roots and suspended in place with a solution filled with nutrients and oxygenated water. Some people will choose to use big containers or plastic buckets. This will be set up with a net pot hanging down from the middle of the jar’s lid and the roots of the marijuana plants hanging down in the solution of nutrients.

While the explanation of how deep water culture may be a little confusing it is rather simple. You have a hole in the middle of a container with the marijuana plants sitting in the holes and the roots hanging down lower in the container. The plant food, water, and everything else is provided from below so it gets to the dope plants through the roots easily.
