Creating your Own Hydroponic System

Since hydroponic systems are rather expensive it has become a lot more important for you to grow your marijuana plants with a homemade hydroponic system instead. Instead of just using one big hydroponic system you are better off to use two hydroponic systems to fill up the grow room. A 400w light is capable of providing light for up to 4x4 in growing area. You are better off to set up two hydroponic systems taking up 2x4 in space.

System

The hydroponic system you end up building or buying will be fully based on your opinion. A lot of people use drip systems and in a 4x4 grow area it is very easy to grow a dozen marijuana plants under a 400w high pressure sodium grow light. With that particular setup you can yield a harvest size around half an ounce to an ounce if you start flowering once the weed plants are about a foot tall.

Yield

With twelve plants that means that three times a year you will supply yourself with six to twelve ounces of marijuana. The actual amount of yield you get from your dope plants depends on the strain and how well it is taken care of in the grow room. If you have six different strains in the same growing environment receiving the same amount of water and nutrients the yield for each strain will be different. Certain sativa seeds will only get you half an ounce but certain indica seeds can get you over an ounce for one plant.

You should look in your city for a hydroponic gardening store. If you go to one of these you can probably find some premade hydroponic systems and you can get an idea of how they should be created. They’re really an easy creation and are not hard to build so you should take a look so you can save money and still grow your marijuana plants in a reliable grow room.
